The trip of a lifetime
I've done plenty of hiking, but standing on the summit of Toubkal at sunrise with snow beneath my boots and the Sahara glowing orange below โ I genuinely welled up. Marcus and the local team were exceptional: safe, knowledgeable, and genuinely joyful. The food at camp was far better than I expected. I'll be back.

Solo traveller, completely taken care of
Booked as a solo and was slightly nervous, but the group was wonderful โ we're still in a WhatsApp chat. The riad in Marrakech was stunning and the mountain section was challenging but Marcus paced it perfectly. The Berber porters were incredible humans. Highly recommend the mule upgrade for the luggage!

Brilliant but pack proper boots
Incredible experience overall. Summit day was brutal but Marcus kept the group together brilliantly. My only note is to make sure you have proper mountain boots โ I went in trail runners and paid for it on the scree. The riad on Day 1 and 5 is a real highlight.
