Sailing + yoga = perfection
I've done yoga retreats and sailing holidays separately, but combining them was inspired. Waking up anchored in a different cove each morning, doing sunrise yoga on the bow as the Aegean turns pink โ it's the kind of thing that sounds too good to be true but is somehow even better in reality.

Extraordinary week
I booked as a solo traveller โ shared a cabin, made a lifelong friend. The skipper and yoga instructor are a wonderful team. Every island was different and beautiful. The Mykonos sunset on the final evening was a magical ending to a perfect week. Book it.

Wonderful, pack seasickness tablets
Truly special experience but I'll be honest โ the open sea crossing to Paros was rough and two of our group felt seasick. Take the medication preventatively even if you think you'll be fine. The yoga content is excellent and the catamaran is beautiful. September was the perfect month โ quieter islands, warm sea.
